In times of geopolitical uncertainty, growing global crises, and increasing attacks on human rights and on those defending them, we invite you to a collective reflection on the new and persisting challenges and opportunities for the Right to Food. The different backgrounds and approaches of the FIAN sections in Indonesia, Germany and Austria as well as FIAN International in their fight for the right to food will provide insights from multiple perspectives. With this conversation we honor FIAN International’s 40 years of commitment to defending the right to food. Moreover, during their visit to Vienna, FIAN Indonesia is celebrating 10 years of fighting for human rights since its foundation in 2016. For this anniversary, we will discuss how to strengthen global solidarity jointly and impactfully.
